TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Festival Schedule:
• CTPAF schedule, including performance times and locations, is subject to change without prior notice.
• The CTPAF staffis not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes in the schedule.
• The CTPAF staff reserve the right to alter any event’s date and time, performers placements, or any other changes during the festival.

Performer Lineup:
• The CTPAF festival lineup is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances; and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Performers and artists are subject to availability and contractual agreements.

Code of Conduct:
• Performer and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.
• Any form of disruptive or offensive behavior may result in removal from the CTPAF premises without a refund.
• At the discretion of the CTPAF staff, if a behavior is deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disorderly conduct, may result in being removed from the festival without a refund.

Photography and Recordings:
• (Audio/Video) of performances are strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified.
• Professional recording equipment and commercial photography require prior authorization from the festival organizers.

Health and Safety
• All attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the festival.
• The CTPAF staffis not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained on the premises.

Prohibited Items:
• The following items are strictly prohibited at all times: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and any items deemed hazardous by festival Board members.
• Bag checks may be conducted at the entrance, and attendees in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry.

Refusal of Entry:
• The CTPAF staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason

Lost or Stolen Items:
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
• We encourage you to keep all personal items secure.

Weather Conditions:
• The CTPAF will proceed unless weather conditions pose a threat to the safety.
• No refunds will be issued unless the CTPAF is cancelled due to bad weather.

Alcohol and Substance Abuse:
• The consumption of alcohol or illegal substance are strictly prohibited.

Children and Minors
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and the well-being of minors during at all venues during the CTPAF.

Vendors:
• Vendors are independent entities, and the CTPAF is not responsible for their products or services.
• The CTPAF reserves the right to modify vendors participation without notice.

Refund Policy:
• No refunds will be provided unless the CTPAF is cancelled.

Compliance with Laws:
• All participates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while attending the CTPAF.

Modification of Terms:
• CTPAF reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any and all changes will be communicated through the CTPAF website or an email to the participates.
